Programs for team development.
I offer customizable programs which combine facilitated sessions with resources, insights, and reminders to address a variety of team development goals. You can add 1-on-1 coaching for even greater value. I recommend a maximum team size of 8 to foster effective group sessions; for larger teams let’s discuss how we could subdivide. I work with teams for 4 months minimum, to ensure you see results. Unless we choose otherwise, our sessions will be virtual , giving your team the flexibility to join from anywhere. Below are two ‘base’ programs and a list of add-ons. Prices are intentionally transparent and shown in CAD.

30 min 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions (package of 5, 10 or 20) to invest in certain team members (learn more here)
2x 15 min Accountability Check-Ins / month to keep everyone on track and surface issues between Summits
In-Person Facilitated Summit or Extended Summit for when a critical topic merits heightened engagement
Audio-only ‘Walking’ Summit to let everyone get some fresh air on a nice day (no additional cost)
120 min Facilitator Training to teach 2-4 team members the basics of facilitating a Summit
Your responsibilities.
To support an effective partnership, there are several areas I would need your help:
Making decisions to customize the program to the needs and culture of your organization
Sharing key background information or ongoing developments about the team(s) with me
Scheduling all group sessions (e.g. Kick-Off, Summits, etc.) and ensuring good attendance
Managing your organization’s tools (e.g. survey/measurement, digital whiteboarding, etc.)
Providing me with interim feedback on the program so we can adapt our approach
