Alex with calm reflection

I’ve been called an Executive Coach but I prefer Leadership Coach.
Executive is a position.
Leadership is a practice.

Leadership defines what the future should look like, aligns people with that vision, and inspires them to make it happen, despite the obstacles.
— John P. Kotter (author, Leading Change)

As a leader, what future do you desire?

What is coaching?

My definition: Coaching is a collaborative process to shift one's reality through greater understanding and the practice of new behaviours.

Why coaching?

Impact. Coaching leads to increases in performance and a 5-8X return per dollar spent, plus intangible benefits such as self-awareness and well-being.

I support both individuals and organizations.

  • Coaching for individual leaders.

    Coaching for individual leaders.

Being a successful leader comes with many opportunities and important choices - it can feel like a lot. I could list all the questions I’ve helped leaders explore but most are variations of these three:

Who do I want to be? What do I really want? How do I achieve it?

I know that with some curiosity and commitment to change, we can both discover your answers and make them your reality.

  • Coaching for organizations.

    Coaching for organizations.

Today’s VPs and Directors are tomorrow’s executives, and their leadership traits are forming now. How can you help them?

I offer tailored programs which balance each leader’s goals with the needs of your organization. This unites my coaching skills with 7+ years of experience at BCG, partnering with client organizations.

Coaching is focused on what you want to accomplish, so the only way to understand it is to experience it yourself.
